Absolutely!  You can provide us with the lock-box number and instructions on its location.

Homes typically look more appealing when furnished or staged before a photography session. However, we can certainly capture images of empty houses. We highly recommend considering a home stager for vacant properties, particularly for key areas like the master bedroom, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Digital staging is also available upon request, so don’t hesitate to ask for a quote for this service.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. You can also make online payments via e-transfer. If you prefer to pay in cash, you can hand the payment directly to the photographer at the time of the shoot.

Once the photoshoot is completed, we send out invoices that need to be paid immediately upon receipt. It’s important to settle the invoice quickly to receive your photos; any delay in payment will result in a hold on photo delivery.
